Thanks for being here today! I’m excited about today’s topic – gratitude and the impact it can have on anxiety.
We are going to discuss how gratitude can physically and mentally impact our bodies and how it helps us feel less anxious in our daily lives.
We will also talk about how an attitude of gratitude can impact others in a positive way.
