Episode 50: How to Worry Less

It really has been a joy to produce this podcast and to hear from you!  This is episode 50 and it’s my final episode – at least for the next 3 years! If you don’t know, my husband and I are serving as mission leaders until summer of 2028 in the Mexico City West Mission. 

I’ve thought a lot about what I wanted this last episode to be and what would be most beneficial to you and help reduce anxiety.  I came across this quote from Elder Patrick Kearon.  It was part of a Mission Leader Seminar talk he gave.  He said “If you can accept the doctrine you are teaching (he was talking to the missionaries) you will worry less.”

Today we are talking how to worry less. It’s a great episode!
